Point of Care Urine Testing Study

A Phase III, Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled Study to Confirm the Authenticity of Point-of-Care Urine Samples Using Oral Fluorescein Sodium in Adults Ages 18-65 with Substance Use Disorder. This study involves 2 visits to our clinic (Guelph, ON) and 1 phone call visit over a 1 month period. Involves multiple urine samples and 1 blood draw.

Knee Osteoarthritis Pain Study

A Phase 3, Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled Study to Investigate the Efficacy and Safety of Once Weekly Eloralintide in Adult Participants with Knee Osteoarthritis Pain, and Obesity or Overweight Aged 18+. The study will consist of a total of 16 visits to our clinic (located in Guelph, ON) and 6 remote phone calls over a 70-week period. Participants will receive a once-weekly subcutaneous prefilled injection of the investigational product for 64 weeks.
