Resistant Starch Gut Health Study
A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel-group study to evaluate the effects of Resistant Potato Starch on the gut microbiota composition in healthy adults ages 18-69. This study involves 3 visits over a 6-8-week period. Participants will be asked to collect 2 fecal samples and have a blood draw at each visit. Study product will be consumed once daily as a powder, mixed with water.
