Cognitive Function Study

A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study to evaluate the effects of citicoline on motor function in generally healthy adults aged 18- 35. The study will involve a total of 3 visits to our clinic (located in Guelph, Ontario) over a 12-16 week period. There is a blood draw at each visit.

Weight Loss Drug Study

A Phase IIb Randomized, Double-blind, Placebo-controlled Study to Evaluate the Efficacy, Safety and Tolerability of a Novel Weight Loss Drug in Adults 18+ Who are Overweight or Obese

Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathic Pain Study

A multiple-dose study to assess the efficacy and safety of a medical cannabis aerosol product as an add-on treatment for diabetic peripheral neuropathic pain. Participation will include: use of a THC (or placebo) inhaler device for 15 weeks, multiple blood draws, completion of electronic study diary, 15 visits to our clinic (located in Guelph, ON) and 6 remote phone calls.

Norovirus Vaccine Study

A phase 3, randomized, observer-blinded, placebo-controlled study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of a study vaccine to prevent norovirus acute gastroenteritis in adults 18 years of age and older. There will be 7 visits to the clinic and 6 remote phone calls. Participation includes receiving the study product in the form of a vaccine. Completion of eDiaries for symptoms.
