A Phase IIb Randomized, Double-blind, Placebo-controlled Study to Evaluate the Efficacy, Safety and Tolerability of a Novel Weight Loss Drug in Adults 18+ Who are Overweight or Obese
The study will involve a total of 21 visits to our clinic (located in Guelph, Ontario) over a period of up to 42 weeks. Receive reasonable compensation for time/travel to the clinic.
We are currently recruiting volunteers with a BMI >30 kg/m2 or a BMI >27 kg/m2 with at least one weight-related condition.
Only a limited amount of spots available.
You may be eligible if you are:
18 years and older
BMI ≥ 30.0 kg/m2
BMI ≥ 27.0 kg/m2
with at least one
weight-related
condition
NOT taking prescription any medications for weight loss
Willing to follow all weight management advice (including diet and exercise)
Weight Loss Drug Study
Participation will include:
- 21 visits
- 36 weeks of daily oral consumption of study product
- Blood draws at each visit
- Follow behavioral weight management advice
