Weight Management Injection Study

A Study Evaluating Whether The Study Product May Help Support Weight Management In Individuals Living With Overweight or Obesity

The study will involve a total of 15 in-clinic visits (located in Guelph, Ontario) over approximately 47 weeks. A reasonable compensation will be provided for time and travel.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effects of an investigational weekly injection on body weight, weight management, and tolerability in adults living with overweight or obesity compared to placebo.

You may be eligible if you:

Are between 18 to 74 years old

Have a BMI of 27.0 kg/m² or greater (condition dependent)

Comfortable with weekly subcutaneous injections for 42 weeks

Available for 15 in-clinic visits (located in Guelph, ON) over 47 weeks

Are not taking weight loss medications or supplements

Only a limited amount of spots available.

Weight Loss Injection Study

Participation will include:

15 in-clinic visits (located in Guelph, ON) over approximately 47 weeks
Once-weekly subcutaneous prefilled injection of the study product for 42 weeks
Food diary, physical activity diary, and questionnaire completion
Fasting for at least 8 hours prior to 14 in-clinic visits
Multiple blood draws at all 15 in-clinic visits
Multiple urine samples at 6 in-clinic visits
